Postage
Postage is calculated as per Australia Post prices with a small handling fee added and of course any new packaging required to post your items to you. We try to use as much recycled cardboard boxes as possible to keep the costs down for you and also help our enviroment. If you don't wish for us to use clean recycled cardboard as packaging please tell us upon checkout.
We will post your items within 3 days of your payment being received. More often than not your parcel will be sent the next day.
If you require registered post for your order please add $2.80 to the total.
Combined postage
If you purchase more than one item, the postage will be calculated on total weigh of all items and charged the cheapest possible way for you.
Returns
All items are checked and packed with great care. Although all care is taken sometimes rough handling in the post can cause breakages. If this occurs and your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a refund or replacement. We will require the damaged item to be returned or photographic evidence of the damage. We do not refund for change of mind.
